In 2009, I was 25, ambitious, and running full speed into my first startup. I had a talk radio background, business training at Stanford, and had even launched a national conference for podcasters. I thought I was ready. But I was missing something critical: an experienced operator who could challenge my assumptions, redirect my focus, and help me build the business the right way. I chased features instead of revenue, got stuck in the weeds, and eventually watched my startup fail. That failure was the best teacher I ever had. Since then, I’ve advised dozens of entrepreneurs and led multiple ventures—one of which went on to process over $1.4 billion in real estate value annually. Along the way, I discovered the transformative power of asking better questions, aligning strategy to values, and executing with focus. I founded Inaltum to be the guide I wish I had in my early days—a strategist, operator, and growth partner who dives deep into your business, asks the revealing questions, and builds the roadmap with you and for you. My job isn’t just to advise from the sidelines. It’s to stand shoulder to shoulder with you and make real transformation happen. If you want high-level advice and standard growth systems, there are a hundred coaches out there. If you want deep insights, strategic clarity, custom growth solutions, and an executive to partner with you to help you achieve transformational growth, you want Inaltum.

No two businesses are the same. We ask probing questions to uncover our client’s passions as well as the hidden dynamics of their business—its strengths, weaknesses, and untapped opportunities. From this foundation, we craft a tailored system that enables growth in-alignment with the client’s vision and goals. We call this methodology “Deep Inquiry, Strategic Clarity.”
With a hands-on approach, we guide implementation, ensuring actionable steps that build confidence, momentum, and measurable results. At every stage, our focus remains on empowering our clients to see themselves and their business in a new light and realize its full potential.
Here are questions our best clients typically are asking themselves before engaging our services: 1: Why am I not seeing any results from my marketing? 2: How can I get my team to move faster? 3: Why is the business not as profitable as it should be? 4: How can I stand out from the competition? 5: How do I break through to the next level? 6: Why do I feel like I'm working hard but making no progress?
Lack of an identity. Too often entrepreneurs build a business by chasing immediate opportunities. This can work as you gain initial traction, but there comes a point where you need to identify your ideal customer, understand why they choose you, and build a business identity around that. The alternative is you continue to chase leads and remain largely undefined and undifferentiated in the eyes of the broader market.
Typical reasons why marketing spend is largely ineffective include:1: What you're saying and how you're saying it isn't connecting with your target customer. 2: You're not guiding prospects down a clear decision path. 3: You're confusing marketing with sales. Marketing attracts but sales closes.
Execution is the application of ideas to reality. Whatever you may have reason to believe is true, you will find out for certain in your attempt. Sometimes your destination is correct but your initial path is wrong. Sometimes your path is correct but your final destination changes. Sometimes, both are wrong. The only way to know for certain is to make an attempt and learn from the experience.
Pricing varies based on services needed, but broadly our services range from $750 for a one-time offering and more than $10,000 per month for our premium services. In order to best serve our clients, we limit our total number of premium clients. Therefore we are highly selective as to whom we offer these services. Premium service offerings are based on a few criteria including an urgent need in the business, philosophical alignment especially with respect to ethics, and the potential of the business to make a meaningful impact in the world.
Here are some indicators that Inaltum isn't a good fit for your business: 1: You're profitable but unwilling or unable to spend money to grow your business. 2: You're looking for a silver bullet, a push-button solution that will solve your problems for you. 3: You're looking for labor, but not learning, growing, or optimizing. 4: You're operating in a highly corporate environment and do not expect that to change. 5: Fearing you'll miss out on an opportunity, you're not wanting solutions that require highly-focused effort.
